【摘要】 目的:复方牛膝口服液对卒中型自发性高血压大鼠(SHRsp)的影响。方法:将SHRsp大鼠随机分为复方牛膝高、中、低剂量组,华佗再造丸组和病理组,每组10只,连续给药20天。观察复方牛膝口服液对SHRsp卒中后血压、神经状态变化、死亡率、脑系数及对海马区神经元的影响。结果:复方牛膝口服液可降低SHRsp大鼠血压,改善SHRsp脑卒中后的神经症状,延长卒中后存活时间,降低脑系数,降低脑卒中后大鼠死亡率,保护海马区神经元。结论:提示复方牛膝口服液对实验性SHRsp脑卒中有一定治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of Compound Achyranthes bidentata Oral Liquor(CAB)in stroke-prone sponyaneously hypertension rats(SHRsp).Methods:Sixty SHRsp were randomly divided into five groups:CAB 1.0 g/kg 、 2.0 g/kg、4.0 g/kg,Huatuo Zaizao Wan group(positive control group)2.5g/kg and pathologic group(n=10).CAB and Huatuo Zaizao Wan were used through filing stomach everyday for 20 days,pathologic group was given distilled water.The effects of CAB on blood pressure,changes of nerve state,death rate,brain index and the pathologic changes of hippocampal neuron of SHRsp were observed.Results:CAB could markedly decrease brain index,death rate of SHRsp after stroke.CAB could improve nerve state of SHRsp after stroke.Also CAB could prolong survival time and prevent pathologic change of hippocampal neuron of SHRsp after stroke.Conclusions:CAB is advantageous of therapying the stroke in SHRsp..更多还原
