【摘要】 目的:为进一步明确蔓性千斤拔的化学成分,特别是异戊烯基取代的黄酮类化合物。方法:采用硅胶、ODS反相硅胶和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析,结合结晶及重结晶等常规手段对该植物的醇提物进行系统的化学成分分离纯化,并应用现代波谱学技术(包括MS、1H-NMR和C-NMR)结合其理化13性质对得到的单体化学物进行结构鉴定。结果:从蔓性千斤拔根75%乙醇提取物中得到一系列化合物,鉴定结果表明,这些化合物分别为蔓性千斤拔素A(1)(132mg),auriculasin(2)(76mg),6-C-prenylluteolin(3)(7mg)、erythrininB(4)(6mg)、8-(1,1-dimethylallyl)genistein(5)(23mg)、5,7,3’,4’-tetrahydroxy-6,8-diprenylisoflavone(6)(123mg)、osajin(7)(3mg),6,8-diprenyleriodictyol(8)(1mg)、蔓性千斤拔素D(9)(11mg)、dorsmaninsⅠ(10)(9mg)、flemichinD(11)(66mg)、lupinifolin(12)(2mg),eriosematin(13)(8mg)等13个异戊烯基取代的黄酮类化合物。结论:以上化合物均属于异戊烯基取代的黄酮类化合物,其中化合物1-7属异黄酮,8-12属二氢黄酮,13属查耳酮。化合物3,7,8,10,12,13为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中3,8,10,12,13为首次从千斤拔属植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the compounds in the root of Flemingia philippinensis Merr.et Rolfe(Leguminosea),especially for the the prenylated flavonoids.Method:Silica gel column chromatography,ODS-silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization were emplayed to separated and purified the compounds from the residue extracted with 75% EtOH for dried roots of F.philippinensis.The structures of compounds were identified on the basis of spectral data(MS,H NMR and C NMR)and chemical evidence.Resluts:Thirteen 1 13 prenylated flavones were identified as follows:flemiphilippinin A(1),auriculasin(2),6-C-prenylluteolin(3),erythrinin B(4),8-(1,1-dimethylallyl)genistein(5),5,7,3’,4’-tetrahydroxy-6,8-diprenylflavanone(6),osajin(7),6,8-diprenyleriodictyol(8),flemiphilippinin D(9),dorsmaninsⅠ(10),flemichin D(11),lupinifolin(12),eriosematin(13).Conclusion:The compounds 3,7,8,10,12,13 were isolated from the F.philippinensis for the first time.The compounds 3,8,10,12,13 were isolated from the Flemingia genus for the first time.更多还原
