【摘要】 目的研究胭脂树的化学成分;方法通过硅胶柱色谱及高压液相色谱等方法对胭脂树种子进行分离,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化学结构。结果从胭脂树种子中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为3-O-Methylellagic acid 4’-O-rhamnoside(1);原儿茶酸(2);柚皮素(3);谷甾醇(4);豆甾醇(5);胡萝卜甙(6);结论化合物1、2、3均为首次从胭脂树种子中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To study the chemical constituents about the seed of Bixo orellana..Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel,HPLC.Their structures were identified by their physical,chemical and spectral analysis.Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as 3-O-Methylellagic acid 4’-O-rhamnoside(1);Protocatechuic acid(2);Naringenin(3);Sitosterol(4);Stigmasterol(5);daucosterol(6).Conclusion 3-O-Methylellagic acid 4’-O-rhamnoside、 Protocatechuic acid and Naringenin were isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
