【摘要】 目的:分离藁本内酯对照品对川芎质量标准进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析对川芎中藁本内酯进行分离,UV、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱分析技术鉴定分离成分,并用HPLC法对药材中的藁本内酯进行含量测定。结果:分离成分经鉴定,为Z-藁本内酯;经测定,其药材中含量不低于0.70%。结论:以藁本内酯为对照品建立的含量测定方法将为川芎质量标准提升提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Ligustilide reference substance separation for Chuanxiong quality standards research.Method:Compound was isolated with silica gel chromatography and identified by means of spectral analysis,such as UV、1H-NMR、 13C-NMR;HPLC method was established to determine the ligustilide in herbs.Result:Compound was identified to Z-ligustilide and determined no less than 0.70% in herbs.Conclusion:the establishment of the determination of ligustilide will provide a theoretical basis of raising Chuangxiong quality standards.更多还原
