海洋植物木果楝种子化学成分的研究

【摘要】 目的研究海洋植物木果楝Xylocarpus granatum Koenig种子的化学成分。方法采用色谱法分离,根据化合物理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其结构;用MTT法测定单体化合物的抗肿瘤活性。结果从木果楝种子中分离鉴定了16个化合物,分别为过氧化麦角甾醇(1),xylocarpin G(2),xylocarpin H(又名granaxylocarpin B,3),xylogranatin C(4),3β-detigloyoxy-2′-methylbutanoyloxy xylogranatin B(5),xylogranatin D(6),hispidol B(7),东莨菪葶(8),β-谷甾醇(9),胡萝卜苷(10),xylomexicanin A(11),odoratone(12),xylomexicanin B(13),piscidinol G(14),spicatin(15),7-deacetyl-7-oxogedunin(16)。结论化合物11和13为新化合物,化合物1,7,8,12和14为首次从木果楝属植物中分离得到,化合物16为首次从木果楝中分离得到。化合物3,4,11,14对人肿瘤细胞株HLE,Hela,KT显示了不同程度的抑制活性。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of mangrove Xylocarpus granatum Koenig.Methods The compounds were isolated through chromatographic techniques and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.The isolates were tested for their cytotoxic effects against three tumor cell lines by MTT assay.Results Sixteen compounds,ergosterol peroxide(1),xylocarpin G(2),xylocarpin H(also named as granaxylocarpin B,3),xylogranatin C(4),3β-detigloyoxy-2’-methylbutanoyloxy xylogranatin B(5),xylogranatin D(6),hispidol B(7),scopoletin(8),β-sitosterol(9)and daucosterol(10),xylomexicanin A(11),odoratone(12),xylomexicanin B(13),piscidinol G(14),spicatin(15),7-deacetyl-7-oxogedunin(16)were obtained from the seeds of this plant.Conclusion 11 and 13 were new compounds,1,7,8,12 and 14 were obtained from the genus for the first time,16 was obtained from the plant for the first time.3,4,11,14 showed different inhibiting effects on tumor cell lines in vitro.
