【摘要】 目的建立茵芍平肝冲剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对栀子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。色谱柱为Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL(150×46.5nm),流速为0.8ml·min-1,流动相为乙腈-水(17:83),检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果在TLC色谱中能检出栀子。芍药苷的线性范围为2.105～11.367μg/ml(r=1.0000,n=5),平均回收率为99.65%(RSD=0.90%,n=5)。结论所建标准可用于该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the quality criteria for Yinshao Pinggan Chongji.METHOD Fructus Gardeniae were identified by TLC and paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.The samples were separated on Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL(150×46.5nm),the mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8ml·min-1,was acetonitrile-water(17:83),the detection wavelength was 230nm and the column temperature was 30℃.RESULTS Fructus Gardeniae could be identified by TLC.Determination method of paeoniflorin was linear at range of 2.105～11.367μg/ml(r=1.0000,n=5),the average recovery was 99.65%(RSD=0.90%,n=5).CONCLUSION The methods could be used for quality control of Yinshao Pinggan Chongji.更多还原
