【摘要】 目的:对对乙酰氨基酚软胶囊内容物的处方及工艺进行研究,解决内容物分层问题。方法:在软胶囊内容物中加入助悬剂和他辅料调节药液的稠度;考察生产工艺。结果:对乙酰氨基酚软胶囊基质为聚乙二醇400,确定助悬剂为聚乙二醇4000。结论:对乙酰氨基酚软胶囊内容物不分层,提高其稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:study on the formulation and technology of Paracetamol soft capsules contents,to solve the problem of the contents sediment.METHODS:to study the technology,to add some suspenting agents and other excipients into the soft capsules contents to adjust denseness.RESULIS:PEG400 is the medium,PEG4000 as suspenting agents.CONCLUSION:the content is not layered and stable.更多还原
