【摘要】 【目的】确保亲属活体肾移植术后供、受体用药均安全、有效、经济。【方法】通过治疗药物监测,建立药历,进行疗效评价和做好咨询等对肾移植患者实施药学监护。【结果】在小样本范围内确定了0～1个月、1～3个月CsA的治疗窗浓度。【结论】通过药学监护,提高了肾移植患者术后的用药安全性,改善了患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To ensure the post-operation dosage schedule of the donor and recipient in the living-related danor kidney transplantion(LDKT)is safe,effective and economic.METHODS:To practice the pharmaceutical care of the patients by the way of TDM,establishment of medical history,evaluation of therapeutic effect and do a good job of consultationcon.RESULT:The therapeutic window scope of the CsA was established during the one month to three month in small sample,and the therapeutic windows clinical meaning has been discussed in brief.CONCLUSION:By the way of pharmaceutical care,the safety for the drug which was administrated to kidney transplantation’s patient.The quality of live has been noticeably improved.更多还原
