【摘要】 目的:制备灯盏花素分散片,确定工艺流程。方法:以崩解时限和片剂硬度为指标,采用单因素考察和正交设计安排实验,通过综合加权评分对灯盏花素分散片处方进行筛选、优化。结果:按优选处方制备的灯盏花素分散片可在3min内完全崩解并且全部通过2号筛,符合《中国药典》对分散片的要求,其体外溶出度明显优于普通片。结论:通过验证,该工艺可操作性强、重现性好,能适应工业大生产的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To establish the preparation technique of Breviscapinum dispersible tablets.METHODS:The preparative process was scanned out by single factor test and orthogonal design.A comprehensive scoring analysis was performed with disintegrating time and rigidity as the indexes.RESULTS:The optimized formulation of Breviscapinum dispersible tablets could be totally disintegrated within three minutes and crossed No.2 sieve,which subjected to the Chinese pharmacopoeia.Its in-vitro dissolubility is better than that of common tablets.CONCLUSION:The process is operative,repeatable and suitable to the batch manufactory.更多还原
