【摘要】 目的:建立枳壳炮制前后的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,比较枳壳的药典炮制方法与江西地方炮制方法的不同。方法:采用高效液相色谱试验条件:C₁₈色谱柱,甲醇:水为流动相梯度洗脱,996PDA 检测,分离分析枳壳炮制前后的醇提物和氯仿提取物的 HPLC 指纹图谱的变化。结果:枳壳生品与炮制品的醇提物在 UV λ283nm 处所得特征峰几乎无变化,药典法枳壳炮制品和江西樟帮法炮制品的氯仿提取物在 UVλ320nm 处所得的14号峰与枳壳原药材和建昌帮炮制品有显著的区别。结论:枳壳的药典炮制法与江西地方的樟帮法在水溶性和脂溶性的 HPLC 指纹图谱相似、与江西建昌帮炮制法在氯仿提取物的14号峰有显著差异。脂溶性的 HPLC-FP 可以作为枳壳炮制前后的特征指纹图谱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Fructus aurantii unprepared and stir-baked with wheat bran,to study differences between pharmacopoeia method and Jiangxi regional method.Method:HPLC method.C₁₈ column,mobile phase:methanol and water in gradient way,detector 996PDA,analyze ethanol extracts and Chloroform extracts of Fructus aurantii prepared and unprepared.Results:Fingerprint shows no changes between raw Fructus aurantii and prepared Fructus aurantii in terms of ethanol extracts at UV λ 283nm.Fingerprint shows dominant differences among pharmacopoeia method,Jiangxi zhangbang method and Jianchangbang method at peak No.14 at UV λ 320nm in terms of chloroform extracts.Conclusion:HPLC graphics chloroform extracts of prepared and unprepared Fructus aurantii has outstanding characteristics,which can be used as fingerprint.更多还原
