【摘要】 目的:研究鬼箭羽 Euonymus alatus（Thunb.）Sieb.的化学成分。方法:利用柱色谱分离,经理化常数测定,结合¹H-NMR、 ¹³C-NMR、EI-MS 鉴定结构。结果:从鬼箭羽的95%乙醇提取物的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯萃取层中共分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为（+）-松萝酸（1）、香草醛（2）、2-羟基4-甲氧基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸（3）、2,4-二羟基-3,6-二甲基苯甲酸甲酯（4）、 2,4-二羟基-6-甲基苯甲酸甲酯（5）、4-甲基-7-甲氧基-异苯并呋喃酮（6）、羽扇豆醇（7）、3β-羟基-30-降羽扇豆烷-20-酮（8）、表木栓醇（9）、（2R,3R）-3,5,7,4′-四羟基二氢黄酮（10）、山柰酚（11）、5,7,4′-三羟基二氢黄酮（12）、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮（13）、 6β-羟基-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮（14）。结论:化合物6为新天然产物,化合物1～5,8和12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents in Euonymus alatus （Thunb.） Sieb.Methods:Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their chemical structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data,such as ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR and EI-MS.Besults:Fourteen compounds were obtained and identified as （+）-usnic acid （1）,vanillin （2）,2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-3,6-dimethyl benzoic acid （3）,methyl 2,4-dihydroxy-3, 6-dimethyl benzoate （4）,methyl 2,4-dihydroxy-6-methyl benzoate （5）,7-methoxy-4-methylphthalide （6）,lupeol （7）, 3β-hydroxy-30-norlupan-20-one（8）,epifriedelinol （9）,（2R,3R）-3,5,7,4’-tetrahydroxy flavanone （10）,kaempferol （11）,5,7,4’ -trihydroxy flavanone（12）,stigmast-4-en-3-one（13）,6β-hydroxy-stigmast-4-en-3-one （14）.Conclusion:Compound 6 is first reported as a natural product,and compounds 1～5,8 and 12 are reported from this genus for the first time.更多还原
