使用ESI-IT-TOF高分辨质谱及在线柱后衍生技术枳壳药材指纹图谱中二氢黄酮类成分的鉴定

【摘要】 目的:建立快速、简便、准确鉴定中药指纹图谱中二氢黄酮类化合物结构的方法;方法:采用电喷雾-离子阱-飞行时间串联质谱(ESI-IT-TOF)技术配合在线柱后衍生技术,对枳壳甲醇提取物的指纹图谱进行系统研究;结果:准确鉴定了9个二氢黄酮类化合物的结构;结论:该方法为药用植物中二氢黄酮类成分的快速分析及代谢物的研究提供了准确的结构信息及重要的分析依据。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:determination of flavanones from Traditional Chinese medicine fingerprinting with rapid、convenient and accurate methods.METHOD:the extracts of methanol from Fructus Aurantii were studied by ESI-IT-TOF technology incorporated with derivatization of post column online.RESULTS:identification of 9 flavanones from Fructus Aurantii accurately.CONCLUSIONS:the method provides the exact structures and important analysis proofs for flavanone compounds and its metabolin from Traditional Chinese medicines.
