【摘要】 目的:建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定茜草药材中茜草素、羟基茜草素和大叶茜草素含量的方法。方法:采用 Dikma Diamonsil^TMC₁₈（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱分离样品,流动相为:甲醇-乙腈-0.2% 磷酸（1:2:1）,流速1.0mL·min^-1,柱温45℃,检测波长为250nm。结果:茜草素、羟基茜草素和大叶茜草素与相邻色谱峰分离度均达到2.0以上,含量测定的线性关系良好,γ分别为0.9999（n=5）,0.9999（n=5）, 0.9999（n=5）,三者的线性范围分别为0.0232μg～0.116μg,,0.152μg～0.760μg,0.210μg～1.05μg;回收率分别为:95.5%（n=5）,95.7%（n=5）,99.3%（n=3）;方法精密度良好,茜草素、羟基茜草素和大叶茜草素三者峰面积的 RSD 值分别为0.49%（n=5）,0.50%（n=5）,0.58%（n=5）;该方法重复性良好,RSD 值分别为: 1.1%（n=5）,0.66%（n=5）,0.78%（n=5）。结论:本方法简便、快捷、准确可靠,可以用于茜草原药材的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a quantitative HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of alizarin, purpurin and rubimaillin in herb Rubia cordifolia L..METHODS:A column of Dikma Diamonsil^TMC₁₈（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）was employed.The mobile phase consisted of methnol-acetonitrile-0.2% phosphate（1:2:1）.The flow rate was1.0mL·min^-1,the column temperature was set at 45℃with UV detection wavelength at 250nm。RESULTS: Aizarin,purpurin and rubimaillin showed good separable degree,the RS were all more than 2.0.The good linearity was obtained with the correlation coefficients ranged of 0.0232μg～0.116μg（γ=0.9999）,0.152μg～0.760μg （γ=0.9999）,0.210μg～1.05μg（γ=0.9999）,respectively.The average recoveries were 95.2%（n=5）,95.7% （n=5）,99.3%（n=3）.The precision and accuracy of the determination were 0.49%（n=5）,0.50%（n=5）,0.58%（n=5）;the reproducibility of the assay were 1.1%（n=5）,0.66%（n=5）,0.78%（n=5）。CONCLUSION:The method is convenient, rapid,accurate and reliable,which can be used to control the quality of herb Rubia cordifolia L..更多还原
