【摘要】 目的:建立常松八味沉香丸中没食子酸含量测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,对常松八味沉香丸中没食子酸进行含量测定:Hypersil ODS2柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-四氢呋喃-水-磷酸（0.5:1.5:98:0.2）,流速1 mL·min^-1,检测波长为271nm,柱温30℃。结果:没食子酸在0.04156～0.83120μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为102.78%,RSD 为1.48%（n=6）。结论:该法准确可靠、重复性好,能有效控制该制剂质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for the determination of gallic acid in Changsong Bawei Chenxiang pill.METHODS: A Hypersil ODS2（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）was used at the temperature of 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of Methanol- Tetrahydrofuran-Water-Phosphoric acidformic acid（0.5:1.5:98:0.2）.The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1and the UV detector was set at 27 I nm.RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.04156～0.83120 μg（r=0.9998）.The average recovery was 102.78% with RSD of 1.48%（n=6）.CONCLUTION:The method is accurate,simple.It can be suitable for the determination of gallic acid in Changsong Bawei Chenxiang pill.更多还原
