【摘要】 目的:建立测定十五味龙胆花丸中没食子酸高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对十五味龙胆花丸中没食子酸进行含量测定:Hypersil ODS2（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;甲醇-N 氢呋喃-水-磷酸（1:2:97:0.2）为流动相,流速1mL·min^-1,检测波长为271nm,柱温30℃。结果:没食子酸在0.0412～1.648μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.47%,RSD 为1.40%（n=6）。结论:该法准确可靠、重复性好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for the determination of gallic acid in Shiwuwei Longdanhua pill.METHODS:A Hypersil ODS2（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）was used at the temperature of 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of Methanol- Tetrahydrofuran-Water-Phosphoric acidformic acid（1:2:97:0.2）.The flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1and the UV detector was set at 271 nm.RESULTS:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.0412～1.648μg（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery was 100.47 % with RSD of 1.40 %（n=6）.CONCLUTION:The method is accurate,simple.It can be suitable for the determination of gallic acid in Shiwuwei Longdanhua pill.更多还原
