嘉白菊挥发油化学成分GC-MS分析

【摘要】 采用水蒸汽蒸馏法,得到嘉白菊挥发油,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术,得到最佳分离条件。共分离出54个峰, 用面积归一化法测定其相对含量,并鉴定出嘉菊挥发油中36种主要化学成分,占挥发油总量的88.52%。

【Abstract】 Volatile oil was extracted from white chrysanthemum by steam distillation.The oil was analyzed by GC—MS.The analytical conditions were optimized.54 compounds were separated,and 36 of them were identified from the volatile oil.The relative percentage of the constituents were determined by GC with normalization method of area.The relative content of identified constituents accounted for 88.52%。
