【摘要】 目的:观察氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法:选择172例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期原发性高血压患者,随机分为氨氯地平组86例与尼群地平组86例进行比较。结果:治疗4周后氨氯地平组降压效果明显,总有效率为95.35%,优于尼群地平对照组76.76%,差异有显著性意义,(P〈0.05〉。结论:氨氯地平对原发性高血压的疗效显著而又安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:Observe the caratine effect of Amlodipine on original hypertension.Method:Choose 172 experimental models suffering from original hypertension in term Ⅰand term Ⅱ.And divide them into treatmental group taking Amlodipine and comparative group taking Nitrendipine,Each group includes 86 experimental models.Result:After four week’s trearment,it’s showed that Amolodipine has a distinct effect on lowering the high blood pressure.The efficacious rate of Amlodipine is 95.38%,which is better than the rate 76.76% of Nitrendipine for the comparatine group.Conclusion:Amlodipine actually has a distinct and safe effect on original hypertension.更多还原
