不同土壤盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元含量分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨土壤性质对盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元含量的影响。方法:采用HPLC法对种植于不同土壤的相同盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元含量进行分析。结果:不同土质土壤上生长的盾叶薯蓣中薯蓣皂苷元含量差异不明显,但以沙壤土上生长的盾叶薯蓣皂苷元含量较高;而生长于不同酸碱性土壤上的盾叶薯蓣薯蓣皂苷元含量差异很大,最高为中性土,其次为酸性土,最低为碱性土。结论:盾叶薯蓣虽然对土壤质地的要求并不敏感,但是对土壤酸碱性的要求相当严格,因此,盾叶薯蓣引种驯化前,土壤酸碱性的检测是一个不可忽略的因素。

【Abstract】 objective: to study the effect of the soil character on the content in D.zingibiernsis. Method: the content of diosgenin in D.zingibiernsis in different soils was detected from same speices by HPLC. Results: The results indicated that the texture of soil only have little effect on its diosgenin content, but it seem that the plant cultivated in sandy loam had higher content of diosgenin than that from other type soil. There was obvious difference in different PH soil. The content of diosgenin was the highest in neutral soil, higher in acid soil, lowest in alkali soil.Conclusion: the texture of soil only have no sensitive effect on its diosgenin content ,but PH volume should be important and should be determined before being planted.
