柴胡黄芩配伍不同提取部位抗大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究柴胡黄芩配伍不同提取部位对大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型的影响。方法:采用白酒灌胃造成大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,以当飞利肝宁胶囊作为对照药,通过检测MDA、GSH、SOD、ADH、IL-8含量、环氧合酶-2表达,探讨柴胡、黄芩配伍不同提取部位对急性酒精性肝损伤的影响。结果:正丁醇组对各项检测指标影响最显著。结论:抗脂质过氧化损伤,降低ADH活性,抑制炎性细胞因子IL-8的释放,降低肝组织环氧合酶(COX-2)的表达,是柴胡黄芩配伍抗急性酒精性肝损伤的重要机制;正丁醇组效果最佳。
【Abstract】 Objective To Study the effect of different extraction sites from Radix Bupluri and Radix Scutellariae in compatibility on acute alcoholic liver injure in rats. Methods In the experiments,rat models were duplicated by the white Spirit through consecutive gastric infusion for ten days. Dang-Feiliganning Capsule were used as positive control medicines.The prevention and treatment effects of Different Extraction Sites from Radix Bupluri and Radix Scutellariae in Compatibility were studied by investigating product of liver lipid peroxidition (MDA),glutathione(GSH), superoxide dismutase (SOD), alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH), Interleukin-8(IL-8) the expression of he effects of cyclooxygenase(COX-2) .Results Site of n-BuOH had the best function. Conclusion Its important mechanism of Radix Bupleuri and Radix Scutellariae compatibility resisting acuee alcohd liver disease that it can resist lipid peroxidion , degrade alcohol dehydrogenase(ADH) activity, inhibit the inflammatory cell agents Interleukin-8(IL-8) delivery and decrease the expression of heeffects of cyclo-oxygenase(COX-2) rises
