【摘要】 目的评价3种方案经2个疗程治疗慢性盆腔炎的经济学效果。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选择2004年8月至2005年12月在我院接受治疗126例慢性盆腔炎患者。按治疗方案分为A组(美洛西林+替硝唑+依替米星)B组(头孢他啶+替硝唑+微波)C组(左氧氟沙星+替硝唑+桂枝茯苓胶囊),结果医疗总成本依次为3813.3±502.9元、3476.4±311元、2690.0±166.4元;总有效率分别为92%、95%、97%;3组间总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3组复发率C组与A、B组有极显著性差异(P<0.005),C/E比值分别为41.45、36.59、27.73;以C组为参照A、B组△C/△E比值均为负值。结论经2个疗程治疗C方案有明显的经济学优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the cost-efficteness of three therapy on the Chronic Pelvic Inflammation. METHODES: A retrospective study was applied in this subject. 126 patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammation were treated in our hospital from August 2004 to December 2005.They were divided into three groups. Group A, Mezlocillin, Tinidazole and Etimiein; GroupB,Ceftazidime, Tinidazole and microwave; Group C, Levofloxacin, Tinidazole and Cassia Twigs Poris Cocos Capsule. RESULETS: The total cost were 3813.3+502.9yuan,3476.4+311yuan and 2690.0+166.4yuan,respectively, the total effective rates of Group A,B and C were 92%,95% and 97%,respectively, total effective rates of the three groups are found to be no significant difference (P>0.05). The recurrent rate of three groups manifest significiant difference.(p<0.005) C/E ratios were 41.45,36.59,27.73, respectively; compared with Group A,△C/△E ratios of Group A and B were negative value. CONCLUSION: Through two period of treatment, therapy C manifest significiant economic superioriry.更多还原
