胶束电动毛细管色谱法分析三萜类成分的研究

【摘要】 目的:对胶束电动毛细管色谱法应用于中药活性成分分析的研究,建立有效的分离分析中药中三萜类成分的方法。方法:通过考察SDS浓度、溶剂、缓冲盐浓度、缓冲溶液PH、环糊精浓度、胆酸钠浓度等因素对胶束电动毛细管色谱法分析三萜类成分时的影响,优选合适的分析条件。结果:在两种优化条件下,分析了山茱萸中的齐墩果酸和熊果酸以及三七中的三萜皂苷类活性成分,取得良好的效果。结论:经条件优选的胶束电动毛细管色谱法能够实现了山茱萸和三七中三萜类成分的分离。具有灵敏度高、快速、易于重现且所用试剂价格低廉的特点。

【Abstract】 Objective: Use the Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography(MECC) to analysis the active ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine, in order to found an effective method to separate and analysis the triterpenoids in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: We analysis the triterpenoidss by the Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography(MECC), through considerating the influence, such as SDS concentration, the solvent, buffer salt concentration, buffer solution PH , cyclodextrin concentration and sodium cholate concentration, to found an effective analysis method. Results: Under two optimized conditions, We have analysed the active ingredients of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid of Cornus officinalis sieb.et zuce and the the triterpenoids in Radix Notoginseng, taking a good effect. Conclusion: The Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography(MECC) with optimum condition can meet the request of triterpenoids separation in the Cornus officinalis sieb.et zuce and Radix Notoginseng. The method is fast, with a good reproducibility, a high accuracy and cheap reagents.
