HPLC法测定吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液的含量

【摘要】 目的建立测定吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液中吡拉西坦含量测定的HPLC法。方法采用Inertsil C18柱(,4.6×150mm,5μm);以0.02mol/L的NaH2PO4溶液:甲醇=(95:5)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为210nm。结果吡拉西坦在浓度0.02～0.18mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,A=6.433×106·C+2872。相关系数r=0.99999。平均回收率:99.41%,RSD%:0.79%。结论本方法快速,准确,可作为吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液的质控标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for the determination of Piracetam in injection. METHODS The chromatographic column of Inertsil C18 was used (4.6×150mm,5μm) . The mobile phase consisted of 0.02mol/l sodium dihydrogenphosphate- methanol(95:5) and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was 210nm. RESULTS The linear ranges was 0.02~0.18mg/ml, γ=0.99999. The precision was 99.41%,RSD=0.79%. CONCLUTION: The method is rapid and accurate for the quality control of Piracetam.更多还原
