【摘要】 目的:观察复方土牛膝糖浆剂对炎症动物模型的抗炎作用。方法:采用鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀法、灭菌棉球致大鼠蹊部肉芽组织增生法、冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔内毛细血管通透性增高法以观察复方土牛膝糖浆剂对抗炎症作用。结果:复方土牛膝糖浆剂可明显降低大鼠足跖肿胀度,明显抑制棉球肉芽增生和降低毛细血管的通透性。结论:复方土牛膝糖浆剂具有显著的抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To study anti-inflammation effect of Compound TunNiuXi sirup.METHODS: Such as albumen inducing SD rats pedal swelling, Acetic acid inducing mice peritonitis and cotton-pellet inducing SD rats granuloma were carried out .RESULTS: Compound TunNiuXi sirup has obvious inhibitory effect on SD rats pedal swelling, the capillary permeability of abdominal cavity and cotton-pellet.CONCLUSION: Compound TunNiuXi sirup has obvious anti-inflammation effect.更多还原
