不同肥料对岩黄连药材产量和脱氢卡维汀含量的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨不同肥料对广西道地药材岩黄连产量和主要有效成分脱氢卡维汀含量的影响,为岩黄连规范化种植过程中的合理施肥提供科学依据。方法分别测定岩黄连在以腐熟农家肥为底肥的基础上,施用复合肥、农用硫酸钾、生物钾肥、快长素等不同组合施肥处理后的产量,同时采用HPLC法测定岩黄连中主要有效成分脱氢卡维汀的含量。结果施用不同肥料对岩黄连产量及其主要成分脱氢卡维汀的含量有较大影响。结论复合肥配施硫酸钾和生物钾肥有利于增强岩黄连植株的抗病能力,提高岩黄连药材的产量和有效成分脱氢卡维汀的含量。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of various compound fertilizers on the yield and dehydrocavidine content in Corydalis saxicola Bunting (Yan huanglian) under field experiments. Methods: C. saxicola were cultivated under six fertilizing conditions with different fertilizers, respectively, such as compound fertilizer, Kuaizhangsu, and their combination with agricultural potassium sulfate and/or bio-potassium fertilizer. After harvest, the dry matter weight of C. saxicola was measured, and the content of dehydrocavidine in C. saxicola was analyzed by HPLC. Results and Conclusion: Different fertilizers had different effects on the yield and the content of dehydrocavidine, the main active constituent in C. saxicola. Appropriate combined application of compound fertilizer with agricultural potassium sulfate and bio-potassium fertilizer was the most befitting method for the cultivation of C. saxicola under the local soil condition. It could not only promote the growth and development of the plant, enhance its resistance to disease, but also increase the dry matter weight and the accumulation of dehydrocavidine. This fertilization method could be used for the production of C. saxicola.
