【摘要】 目的:建立肾舒软胶囊中牻牛儿酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定牻牛儿酮的含量,色谱柱为Kcromasil C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(65:35),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为245nm。结果:牻牛儿酮检测浓度在3.79~18.94μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.89%(RSD=1.88%,n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快捷,准确、可靠,可用于肾舒软胶囊的含量测定和质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of Shenshu Soft Gelatin Capsule. Methods:HPLC were used for the deterimination of Germacrone. The column was Kcromasil C18(4.6×250mm,5μm); the mobile phase is acetonitrile- water(65:35);the detection wavelength is 245nm; the flow rate is 1.0ml/min. Results: Germacrone showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 3.79~18.94μg/mL(r=0.9997),and the average recovery was 99.89% with RSD=1.88%(n=6). Conclusion:This method is simple,speedy,accurate,reliable and can be used as a method to control the quality of Shenshu Soft Gelatin Capsule.更多还原
