中药创新的源泉——有效部位及其制剂

【摘要】 目的:为了提高中药的创新能力,加强有效部位中药的研究,解决中药物质基础不明、质量标准不客观的问题。方法:通过文献检索和本研究组的实验经验,详细的阐述了用现代技术提取制得的有效部位中药的特点及有效部位中药作为中药创新源泉的可行性。结果:有效部位中药完全符合中医药理论,又克服了传统中药的缺陷;具有化学药的基本特征,能够最大限度揭示中药的物质基础,又能通过药物动力学试验获得相关参数对有效部位中药的体内行为进行解释,从而使中药的疗效、剂量和给药次数得到客观和科学的阐明。结论:有效部位中药的研究是中药创新和走向世界的有效途径,是中药现代化的重要基础和保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:In order to improve the creativity of TCM, strengthen the research of active parts from TCM(APTCM),solve the problem of unclear components and unscientific standards existed in TCM.Methods:Based on references and our trial experiences,the characteristic of APTCM extracted by modern techniques and the reliability of APTCM as a source for TCM creativity were fully clarified.Results: APTCM,without certain defects of TCM, is completely fit for theories of TCM. It has basic characters of chemical drugs,which benefit to explain components basis of TCM to the large extent and give a explanation for the in vivo APTCM on the basis of the data obtained from pharmacokinetic experiments. Therefore, the effectiveness,the dose and the times of TCM can be said validly and scientifically.Conclusions: The research of APTCM is a effective approach to the creativity of TCM and the entrance to the world.It is an important basis and guarantee on TCM modernization.更多还原
