【摘要】 目的:探讨在不同提取工艺中芍药苷的提取率。方法:以甲醇重复5次对赤芍粗粉提取芍药苷总量近似看作其真实含量,考察不同工艺中芍药苷的提取率。结果:对同一药材,45%乙醇、55%乙醇渗漉效果较好,提取率分别为96.57%和96.18%;二次水煎法提取率为86.80%;60%乙醇浸润24h后二次水煎提取率为90.62%;赤芍水煎液100℃回流8h,含量未改变。结论:赤芍以60%乙醇浸润24h二次水煎,可增加提取率4.4%,工艺简单,不影响后续工艺,值得尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate extraction rate of peoniflorin in different extraction methods. Methods Compare quantities of peoniflorin by different extraction methods with collected total quantity after five extractions by methanol. Results For the same drug material The extraction rate of peoniflorin was 96.57% with the percolating method by 45% ethanol,was 96.18% with the percolating method by 55% ethanol ,was 86.80% with two decoctions method and was 60% with the two decoctions method after infiltrated by ethanol for twenty-four hours(the content of radix paeoniae rubra didn’t change after recirculated at 100℃ for eight hours). Conclusion With the two decoctions method after infiltrated by ethanol for twenty-four hours, the extraction rate of radix paeoniae rubra increased by 4.4% .更多还原
