【摘要】 目的:建立HPLC法测定姜赤凝胶剂中姜黄素含量。方法:HPLC法。色谱条件为:色谱柱:CLC-ODS(5μm,150mm×60mm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(70:26.5:3.5);流速:1mL.min-1;检测波长:420nm。结果:姜黄素在2.44～57.6μg.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996);日内、日间RSD为3.19%(n=6);平均回收率为101.12%(n=6,RSD=1.53%)。结论:该法简便,快捷,准确,可作为姜赤凝胶剂中姜黄素含量的测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determinating curcumin in Jiangchi gel by HPLC. METHOD: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: CLC-ODS column(5μm,150mm×60mm)used as the stationary phase, and methanol-water-acetic acid (30:66.5:3.5) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1,and the detect wavelength 420nm.RESCULTS:A good linearity was obtained within the range of 2.44 ～ 57.6 μ g.mL-1 of Curcumin(r=0.9996).The RSD of intra-day and inter-day was 3.19%.The average recovery of cuicumin was 101.12 % (n=6,RSD=1.35 % ). CONCLUSION:This method is simple,rapid,and accurate which can be used to determine curcumin contents in Jiangchi gel.更多还原
