双氢杨梅素—聚乙二醇固体分散体的研制

【摘要】 目的制备双氢杨梅素(DMY)—聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)固体分散体以提高双氢杨梅素的水溶性。方法以PEG6000为载体,采用熔融法制备DMY的固体分散体,测定了DMY对照品、固体分散体以及机械混合物的溶解度,并通过红外光谱和紫外光谱对固体分散物进行了分析。结果DMY固体分散体的溶解度与DMY原料药和机械混合物相比有明显提高,DMY固体分散体的溶解度比DMY提高了52倍。结论DMY固体分散体的水溶性极大增强且固体分散体的制备过程中不改变DMY的分子结构。

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare solid dispersions for increasing solubility of dihydromyricetin.Methods Taking PEG 6000 as a carrier,solid dispersions of dihydromyricetin were prepared by fusion method.The solubility of the solid dispersion was detected.IR and UV spectrometer were used to investigate the solid dispersions.Results The solubility of the solid dispersion was significantly increased, compared with the dihydromyricetin and the mixtures of dihydromyricetin and carrier, and the solubility of the solid dispersion was as fifty-two times as that of DMY.Conclusion Solubility enhancement of dihydromyricetin can be achieved by using PEG6000.There was no chemical reaction between dihydromyricetin and carrier.
