哌拉西林/舒巴坦等5种抗菌药物对常见致病菌体外抗菌活性的研究

【摘要】 目的:比较哌拉西林/舒巴坦与其他4种β-内酰胺类抗菌药物对临床分离菌的体外抗菌活性。方法:采用琼脂平板二倍稀释法测定对151株临床分离菌株的最低抑菌浓度。结果:哌拉西林/舒巴坦对革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌均有较好的抗菌活性。铜绿假单胞菌属、不动杆菌属、肠球菌属对哌拉西林/舒巴坦的敏感性最高,敏感率均为100%,大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、葡萄球菌属对哌拉西林/舒巴坦的敏感性较高,敏感率为80.00%~93.74%。大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、葡萄球菌属、铜绿假单胞菌属、不动杆菌属对两种哌拉西林酶抑制剂复方制剂均比较敏感。结论:哌拉西林/舒巴坦与哌拉西林比较,有较强的抗药活性。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of Piperacillin-sulbactam compared with other four antimicrobial agents against common isolates in vitro.Methods Minimal lnhibitory Concentrations (MIC) were determined by agar dilution method. Results Piperacillin-sulbactam showed good antibacterial activity to Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria. Pseudomonas as well as Acinetobacter Enterococcus showed highest susceptibility to Piperacillin-sulbactam with 100% susceptible rate. E.coli, Klebsiella and Staphylococcus showed higher susceptibility to Piperacillin-sulbactam with 80.00%~93.74% susceptible rate. E.coli, Klebsiella, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas and Acinetobacter showed good susceptibility to two kinds of anti-biotic containing β –lactamases inhibitor. Conclusion Compared with Piperacillin, Piperacillin-sulbactam has a powerful antibacterial activity to common pathogen.
