【摘要】 目的:了解血液透析病人尿毒症原发病,以及在治疗过程中用过的药物与肾损伤有无关联性。方法:采用描述性研究方法对我院2005年12月随机抽取107例血液透析肾病进行回顾性分析。结果:根据国家ADR监测中心制定标准,肯定50例;待评价57例。结论:肯定50例血液透析者由于用药不当造成不可逆性、永久性肾损伤。讨论:切合实际地普及安全、合理用药知识宣传,确保用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: The objective of this research is to find out the original diseases the patients in haemodialysis underwent before their uremia, and then to determine the interrelationship between the kidney damage and the medication used in the treatment of the original diseases. Methods: The descriptive study method is adopted in analyzing the 107 cases of kidney damage in haemodialysis, which were taken randomly in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in December, 2005. Results: According to the standards established by China’s ADR Monitoring Center, the affirmative answers have been found in 50 cases, with the other 57 cases ready for evaluation. Conclusion: The conclusion can be drawn affirmatively from the 50 haemodialysis cases that the irreversibly permanent damages have been committed to these patients’ kidneys. Discussion: Great importance should be attached to the popularization of medication knowledge so that the safe and reasonable application of the medication can be ensured.更多还原
