山茶油对氟比洛芬经皮促渗作用的研究

【摘要】 目的;考察山茶油对氟比洛芬透过猪皮肤的促渗透作用。方法:采用猪皮肤为渗透屏障,以预处理皮肤法考察山茶油的促渗作用,并以零净流量法微渗析技术测定在其促渗作用下皮肤细胞外药物浓度。结果:山茶油可有效促进氟比洛芬的皮肤透过率,ER为2.27,经皮微渗析技术测定在山茶油促渗作用下皮肤细胞外药物浓度达434.5±34.8μg·mL-1,显著高于对照组(161.4±25.7 μg·mL-1),P<0.05。结论:山茶油能够提高药物的经皮渗透效果,经皮微渗析技术进一步从动力学角度证明其经皮促渗作用。
【Abstract】 Aim: To examine the enhancing effect of camellia oil (CO) on the permeation of flubiprofen (FP) through porcine skin. Method: The experiment was carried out with the CO applying to the skin as a pretreatment. The porcine skin was used as barrier and the extracellular FP concentration was determined by zero net flux method of microdialysis. Results: CO can effectively enhance the permeation of FP with the ER value 2.27. The extracellular FP concentration under the pretreatment of CO reached 434.5 ± 34.8 μg·mL-1, which was significantly higher than the control group (161.4± 25.7μg·mL-1), P<0.05. Conclusions: Camellia oil can be an effective penetration enhancer for FP and cutaneous microdialysis can provide kinetics information for its enhancing effects.
