新型莨菪烷衍生物8310对离体豚鼠心房肌动作电位的作用

【摘要】 目的观察新型莨菪烷衍生物8310对豚鼠离体左房肌快反应动作电位的影响。方法利用豚鼠离体左房肌纤维,采用细胞内微电极技术引导动作电位。结果8310较大剂量明显缩短左房肌动作电位时程和有效不应期,不影响O相最大去极化速率,上述作用可被阿托品阻断;均呈一定浓度依赖关系。结论8310抑制动作电位时程和有效不应期系激动心肌M胆碱受体所致。
【Abstract】 AIM To observe effects of the newly synthetized nortropane derivative 8310 on the fast response action potential of isolated guinea-pig atria. METHODS With using intracellular microelectrode methods, We took the isolated guinea-pig left atria as samples and to observe the action potential changes. RESULTS The results indicated that 8310 of higher doses significantly shortented the action potential duration and effective referatory period, but maximum upstroke velocity was not affected. The above actions of 8310 can be antagonized by atropine, CONCLUSION It is suggested that 8310 inhibited action potential duration and effective referatory period ,the actions of 8310 are through excitation of the muscarinic receptors.
