植物内生真菌HCCB01546中抗肿瘤活性物质的研究

【摘要】 为研究具有抗肿瘤活性的植物内生真菌HCCB01546发酵产物中的活性成分,采用抗肿瘤体外细胞毒筛选模型进行活性检测,经溶剂萃取、硅胶柱、ODS柱层析及制备:HPLC等分离手段得到活性物质HCCB01546-C及HCCB01546-D,通过理化性质及波谱分析,确定为分别为epoxycytochalasin H及cytochalasin N。并对两化合物进行了抗肿瘤活性测试,结果发现 HCCB01546-C有较明显的抗肿瘤活性。
【Abstract】 To study the antitumor active component in fermentation of an endophyte HCCB01546, HCCB01546-C and HCCB01546-D were isolated and purified by using solvent extraction, silica gel column, ODS column and preparation HPLC.The separation procedure was guided by a bioassay in vitro using the method of MTT. By means of physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis, their structures were determined as epoxycytochalasin H snd cytochalasin N . The study on antitumor activity found that the compound HCCB01546-C showed cytotoxicity against A549, LoVo and CEM cell lines.
