【摘要】 目的: 探讨广藿香Pogostemon Cablin(Blanco)Benth．的地理分布与ITS基因型的关系,为广蕾香的道地性分析和种质评价提供分子依据。方法采用PCR直接测序技术对不同产地的广藿香ITS1和ITS2基因进行测序分析。结果不同产地广藿香ITS1基因和ITS2基因核苷酸序列长度分别为424bp和380bp,其中ITS1基因核苷酸序列存在19个变异位点,ITS2基因序列存在5个变异位点。结论广藿香的地理分布和其ITS1和ITS2基因型具有良好的相关性,因而ITS1和ITS2测序分析可以为广藿香的地理分布与基因型的关系及其种质评价提供丰富的分子信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationships of genotype and distribution by sequencing ITS1 and ITS2 genes of Pogostemon Cablin, and provide molecular information for its quality evaluation. METHODS ITS1 and ITS2 genes of Pogostemon Cablin from different localities were identified by PCR direct sequencing. RESULTS The sequences of ITS1 and ITS2 genes were 424 bp and 380 bp in length, respectively, and nineteen base substitutions were observed in ITS1 gene, and five in ITS2 gene. CONCLUSION The results demonstrated the good correlation of genotype and distribution, and ITS gene sequencing can provide powerful tool for quality assurance of the plant species verification.更多还原
