白芍加工产物芍药苷亚硫酸酯的提取分离和结构鉴定

【摘要】 目的:对白芍80%乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究。方法利用萃取,硅胶柱色谱,反相柱色谱和高效液相色谱法进行分离、制备和纯化,采用波谱技术进行结构确证。结果从白芍中分离鉴定了10个化合物,其中1个为新化合物。结论新化合物为芍药苷亚硫酸酯,为加工白芍过程中芍药苷的转变产物。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of white paeony roots. METHODS The compounds were isolated by partition, silica gel coloum chromatography, RP chromatography and HPLC. The structures were elucidated by various modern spectroscopic methods. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified from 80% ethonal extraction of white paeony roots. CONCLUSION The new compoud was identified as paeoniflorin sulfonate, which was an artifact produced duing the processing of white paeony roots.
