小花清风藤提取齐墩果酸工艺研究

【摘要】 用正交试验法对小花清风藤提取齐墩果酸工艺进行优选,选择适当的因素与水平,结果表明:小花清风藤药材粉末 -2 g,加入70％乙醇溶液80 ml,水浴回流提取2次,每次1小时,抽滤,合并滤液,离心后取上清液浓缩至40 ml,加入 15％HCL溶液40 ml,加热回流提取4小时,再加一倍量水,挥去部分乙醇,用氯仿萃取4次,每次10 ml,合并滤液,浓缩至干,此为最佳提取工艺。更多还原

【Abstract】 The extracting technics of in Sabia parviflora wall.ex Roxb were studied by means of orthogonal design. 2g medicinal herbs powder of S. parviflora wall.ex Roxb were extracted in 80ml 70% ethanol solution with two-time (1 hr once) waterbad circumfluence. After the filtrate was centrifuged, condensed to 40ml, and added 40ml 15% HCl solution, it was extracted with 4 hrs waterbad circumfluence. Add once more water than its volume. When the ethanol was removed partly, it was extracted with chloroform four times 10ml once. Mixing all filtrate, it was condensed and dried. The technics is better than others.更多还原
