东北红豆杉针叶中紫杉烷类化学成分的研究

【摘要】 目的研究东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidata)针叶中紫杉烷类化学成分。方法用色谱法分离,用理化性质及波谱方法鉴定结构。结果从东北红豆杉中分离得到 6 个化合物, 分别鉴定为 10 β—hydroxy-2α,9α,13α—triacetoxy-5α—cinnamatetaxa-4(20),11-diene(I), 7,13-dideacetyl-9,10-debenzoyl taxchinin C (II), 2-deacetyltaxin B (III), 7,9-dideacetyl- 5-decinnamoyltaxinine J (IV), 2α,13α-dihydroxy-9α,10 β-diacetoxy-5α-cinnamatetaxa-4(20),11-diene(V),5-decinnamoyltaxuspine D(VI)。结论化合物I,II,III,V和VI均为首次从该植物中获得。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the taxoids in the needles of Taxus cuspidata. METHODS Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds from the needles of T. cuspidata, and chemical and spectral methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds. RESULTS Six taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the needles of T. cuspidata and identified as 10β-hydroxy-2α,9α,13α-triacetoxy-5α-cinnamate- taxa-4(20),11-diene (I), 7β,13α-dideacetyl-9,10-debenzoyltaxchinin C (II), 2-deacetyltaxin B (III), 7β,9α-dideacetyl-5-decinnamoyltaxinine J (IV), 2α,13α-dihydroxy-9α,10β-diacetoxy-5α-cinnamatetaxa-4(20),11-diene (V), 5-decinnamoyltaxuspine D (VI). CONCLUSION Compounds I, II, III, V and VI were obtained from this plant for the first time.
