多棘海盘车硫酸甾体类化学成分及其诱导成骨细胞增殖活性研究(英文)

【摘要】 目的对多棘海盘车(Asterias amurensis)的甾体类化学成分及其诱导成骨细胞增殖活性进行研究。方法用色谱法分离,用各种波谱法对化合物的结构进行鉴定,并利用MTT法对化合物诱导成骨细胞UMR106的增殖活性进行了评价。结果从多棘海盘车甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了12个化合物,包括一个新的硫酸酯甾醇,二个新的糖苷类化合物。化合物2,2a,3,4,10, 11,and 12显示了很好的诱导成骨细胞UMR106的增殖的活性。结论以上化合物均为首次从该种海星中获得。
【Abstract】 Aim To study the biologically active constituents of starfish Asterias amurensis. Methods The constituents were separated and purified by different methods of chromatography, and their structures were elucidated by MS and NMR. The osteoblastic proliferation stimulating activity on UMR106 cells of isolated compounds was evaluated by MTT method. Results Chemical study resulted in the isolation of one new sulphated sterol (1), two new glycosides (2, 3), together with nine known steroidal compounds from the methanol extract of starfish A. amurensis. Compound 2, the desulphated product (2a), compounds 3, 4, 10, 11, and 12 showed biological activity in inducing the osteoblastic proliferation of UMR 106. Conclusion All compounds were obtained from this species for the first time.
