【摘要】 目的　通过改良茎突投照方法,探讨茎突综合征在曲面体层摄影全景片的表现。方法　收集有相关临床症状者68例经采用曲面体层摄影X线机投照。结果　除2例茎突未发育外,一次投照成功率10 0 %。茎突双侧长度≥3cm(3 1/ 68) ;茎突单侧长度≥3cm (2 2 / 68) ;茎突向前夹角异常(4 7/ 68)。茎突发育完整型(4 4 / 68) ;分节型(17/ 68) ;发育不良型(5 / 68) ;未发育型(2 / 68)。结论　口腔曲面体层摄影技术能够在同一张片显示双侧茎突,充分暴露视野,茎突无重叠,病人容易配合,投照方法简单易行,经济方便,满足X线对诊断茎突综合征的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the features of elangatted styloidprocess at pantomography. Methods 68 symptomatic cases accepted X-ray pantomography. Results The successful rate of projection was 100% beside two undeveloped styloid process. There were 31 cases with bilateral styloid process more than 3cm,22 cases with monolateral styloid process more than 3cm,47 cases with abnormal anterior angle. There were 44 cases with well developed styloide process,12cases with segmental styloid process,5cases with undergrown styloid process and 2 case with undeveloped styloid process. Conclusion Oral pantomography could show bilateral styloid process in one film without overlap. This technique was simple and economic. It was a satisfactory technique for the diagnosis of elangatted styloidprocess.更多还原
