【摘要】 目的通过常规二维超声成像与组织谐波成像(THI)的对比观察,探讨THI在肾上腺小肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法对比分析29例直径<3cm的肾上腺肿瘤的常规二维超声成像和THI。结果常规二维超声成像和THI对肾上腺小肿瘤的边界显示的清晰率分别为34.48%和79.31%,二者比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);对内部回声显示清晰率分别为41.38%和82.76%,二者比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究表明,THI可提高肾上腺小病灶的图像清晰度及对比度,改善图像质量,从而提高诊断的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of tissue harmonic imaging (THI) for the diagnosis of small adrenal tumor in comparison with conventional two-dimensional (2D) ultrasonography. Methods Twenty-nine patients with less than 3. 0cm of diameter confirmed by post-operation pathology were analyzed by THI in comparison with conventional 2D ultrasonography. Results The definition rate of tumor border defined by THI and conventional 2D ultrasonogrphy was 34. 18% and 79. 31 % respectively; A significant difference was found between them (P<0. 05). The definition rate of internal echo of adrenal tumor determined by THI and conventional 2D ultrasonogrphy was 41. 38% and 82. 76%. respectively! There was a marked difference between them (P<0. 05). Conclusion THI can enhance the image, definition and contrast degree of small adrenal tumor, improve the image quality and diagnostic accuracy.更多还原
