【摘要】 目的通过分析间叶来源的胃肿瘤影像表现,提高对叶来源胃肿瘤的诊断水平。方法12例经手术病理证实的间叶来源的胃肿瘤均行钡餐造影检查,其中11例行CT检查,对其影像学表现进行分析。结果12例间叶来源的胃肿瘤,包括胃间质瘤6例、胃平滑肌瘤4例、胃血管球瘤1例、胃脂肪瘤1例。钡餐造影表现为充盈缺损10例,黏膜皱襞变平或消失9例,出现龛影4例;CT表现为腔内肿块11例,腔外1例,肿块阳大10cm×7cm,最小直径1.5cm,肿块分叶3例、肿块内钙化3例,肿块中央见溃疡2例,液化坏死4例;CT值为负值的1例,增强后明显强化7例;2例肝脏转移,1例后腹腔淋巴结转移。结论熟悉间叶来源胃肿瘤在钡餐造影表现中的一些共性,以及在CT表现中的特异性。对提高间叶来源胃肿瘤的认识有较大价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the Imaging diagnosis of mesenchymal tumof of the stomach. Methods There were 12 cases of mesenchymal tumor of stomach, which were diagnosed surgically and pathologically. In this group gastrointestinal barium exam (G.. Dwsa performed in all cases,CT was performed in 11 cases. All of them were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group of 12 cases mesenchymal tumor, there were 6 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), 4 cases of leiomyoma of the stomach. , 1 cases of glomus tumor of the stomach, cases of lipoma of the stomach. The main signs of barium meal included filling defect (10/12) .flattened or destroyed mucosa rugae(9/12) ,and ulceration in the tumor (4/12). Lobulated or irregular protrusion inner of the lumen (11/12), out of lumen (1/12),tiny flecks of calcification in the tumor (4/12) ,CT value was minus( 1/12) .after contrast medium injection, and marked homogenous enhancemen(7/12) on CT scanning. Distant metastatic lesions were noticed in 3 cases (2 cases in liver,1 cases lymphy nodes). Conclusion Familiarity with some common radiologic features of mesenchymal tumor in the barium meal and some characteristics of them in CT maifestations can lead to the correct dasgnosis.更多还原
