【摘要】 目的观察长期生活在不同海拔地区的健康人血清中血管内皮细胞功能指标可溶性血管内皮细胞粘附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平的变化。方法我们对长期生活在四个不同海拔梯度的广州市(海拔0m)、西宁市(海拔2260m)、刚察县(海拔3300m)和甘德县(4080m)的787健康人进行了血清sVCAM-1、NO和NOS水平检测。结果随着海拔梯度的升高和大气压、大气氧分压的降低,血清sVCAM-1含量明显增加(P<0.01),NO和NOS水平显著降低(P<0.01)。相关分析表明,sVCAM-1含量与大气氧分压呈明显正相关(r=0.795,P<0.01),NO和NOS水平与大气氧分压呈显著负相关(r=-0.689,P<0.01,r=-0.652,P<0.01)。结论长期生活在不同海拔梯度下的居民其血管内皮细胞功能水平具有明显差异,且与大气氧分压密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the long-term life in healthy person’s serum of the different elevation region the variety of the index sign of on vascular endothelial function ( sVCAM-1),( NO) and ( NOS) level. Methlds We carried on the serum sVCAM-1, NO and the NOS level examinations to the long-term life in the Guangzhou City( the elevation 0 ms), xining City ( the elevation 2260 ms), gangcha County ( the elevation 3300 ms) of four different elevations steps degree and 787 healthy persons of the gande County( the elevation 4080 ms).Results Go up along with the elevation steps degree to press with atmosphere, the atmosphere oxygen presses separately of lower, obvious increment(P<0.01) of the serum content sVCAM-1,the NO and level of NOS lower obviously.(P<0.01)The related analysis express that the content sVCAM-1 and the atmosphere oxygens press to present separately obvious positive related(r=0.795,P<0.01),the NO and level of NOS and the atmosphere oxygens press to present separately obvious negative related.(r=-0.689,P<0.01,r=-0.652,P<0.01) .Conclusion The long-term life is under the different elevation steps degree of residents its level on vascular endothelial function has the obvious difference,and press with the atmosphere oxygen separately closely related.更多还原
