【摘要】 目的探讨高血压对糖尿病患者脂质代谢的影响。方法随机取172例住院病人,分为高血压病组(A组,60例)、糖尿病合并高血压病组(B组,49例)、糖尿病组(C组,63例),检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1及B(apoA1,apoB)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)],比较分析三组患者血脂变化情况。结果各血脂成分在三组间均无明显差别(P>0.05),分层分析,在各年龄段和男女性之间血脂水平亦无明显差(P>0.05),三组间血脂异常率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论高血压对糖尿病血脂紊乱的程度无明显叠加作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the hypertension effects on metabolism of serum lipid in diabetes mellitus (DM) patients. Methods 172 in patients were selected randomly and were divided into three groups which were hypertension group of 60 patients(group A) ,DM combined with hypertension group of 49 patients(group B), DM group of 63 patients (group C) respectively. The levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein-cholesterol, low density lipoprotein-cholesterol, apolipoproteinAl,apolipoproteinB and lipoprotein(a) were measured and compared with those of each other group. Results No obvious difference of each lipid item was shown among three groups and all levels of age and between male and female(P>0.05). No obvious difference of abnormal ratio of lipid among three groups was found (P >0.05). Conclusion There are no obvious effects of hypertension on the disorder of serum lipid metabolism in DM patients.更多还原
