【摘要】 目的:应用原瓶传代培养的方法于经典的产前诊断的羊水培养方法中.以探讨建立提高培养成功率的方法。方法与结果:于羊水培养10天左右作原瓶传代培养.实验组(原瓶传代)105例,培养成功率100 %,对照组(经典培养方法)120例成功率92%。结论:结果提示,原瓶传代培养可提高成功率至100%,并可获得满意的核型以供分析,确保了羊水产前诊断的准确性及临床应用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of the study is to explore a method which can improve the success rate of amniotic fluid cells culture.Method Amniotic fluid was obtained from a routine amniocentesis.On the tenth day or so in culture,the amniotic fluid cells were transferred with the in situ flask method.The experimented group (including 105 amniotic fluid samples)was cultured according to the in situ flask method.The control group (including 120 amniotic fluid samples)was cultured according to the classical culture method.Result The success rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group(100%,92%).Conclusion The success rate is 100% and the analysed karyotype is satifactory when amniotic fluid cells were cultured according to in situ flask method.It ensure the accuracy and clinic application for prenatal diagnosis更多还原
