【Abstract】 By the Northern blotting and Western blotting the effects of Vitality Reinforcing Capaules(VRC)with the function of tonifying the liver and spleen on express of the anti-oncogene P53 in aged mice were detected.The results showed that the VRC reduced expression of transcriptional and translational level of the P53.This may be one of molecular mechanisms of VRC on delaying senility.更多还原
