基于S3C2440的矿车防撞预警系统设计

【摘要】 在矿井下的特殊环境中,利用激光和超声波等传统的测距预警方法存在精度低,成本高的不足。本文利用嵌入式和视觉测距技术设计了一种井下矿车防碰撞预警系统。系统以s3c2440处理器和Linux2.6.12操作系统为平台,选用SAA7113和s3c2440的CAMIF接口分别完成图像数据转换与存储采集。利用图像处理技术进行图像预处理和目标物的识别,然后建立简单的单目视觉测距模型,实现实时测距,最后根据测距结果实现预警功能。
【Abstract】 In the special environment of mine,traditional distance detection methods using laser and ultrasound are of low accuracy and high-cost insufficient.This paper designs a tramcar collision-prevention pre-warning system based on embedded and vision to measure distance.This system takes s3c2440 MCU and embedded Linux2.6.12 operation system as platform,selects SAA7113 and CAMIF of s3c2440 MCU to transform analog image data to digital image data and store them.Technology of image processing is used to make preprocessing of digital image and identify target.The detection of the real-time distance is achieved by designing a simple distance measurement mode.Finally,the system outputs warning signal according to the information of distance.
