【摘要】 介绍了一种实用的复介电常数测试系统。分析了传统方法的局限性,并针对这些局限性做了一定的扩展。深入分析了厚样品在系统测量实验中的特性、非标准校准方法在测量系统中应用的可行性和需要注意的问题、不同传输线长度对测量结果的影响。提出了采用电长度计算方法定位校准面和样品反射面的方法,并作了实验比较。为实际样品测量提供一种简单而精确的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduce a practical,simple and exact complex dielectric constant measure system based on the Transmission/Reflect theory using s-band waveguide.Construe the localizations of the traditional measure system, and expend the use of traditional measure system by trying to wipe off these Iocalizations.Try to use the nonstandard calibration in the measure system,and analyze the locations of using the nonstandard calibration method.Put forward the electrical length calculation method to locate the calibration plane to the sample reflect plane.Analyze the effect of the different sample length to the complex dielectric constant calculation,especially the effect of thick sample.Analyze the error which may be taken into the complex dielectric constant calculation by using different length waveguides to place the sample.更多还原
