基于总线技术的纺织生产过程数据集成及处理系统
Data Integration and Processing System of Spinnery Based on Fieldbus Technology

【摘要】 针对纺织行业的特点,基于现场总线技术实现了纺织生产全过程的数据采集及处理。系统底层由PROFIBUS总线网络和其他子网组成,采集纺织生产过程中各道工序的主要质量控制参数和管理信息;上层由工业以太网组成,完成对海量信息的集成和处理。整个系统体现了总线技术在大范围数据采集和集中监控方面的优势,实现了纺织企业的信息化管理,使整个企业的生产和管理效能至少提高15%以上。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of textile industry,based on fieldbus technology and fulfilled the project of data integration and processing in a total production line of a typical textile enterprise.The system lower layer is consisted of PROFIBUS and other subnet which to gather every main quality control parameter and management information of spinning and weaving production process.The upper layer is consisted of industrial Ethemet which to integrate and process a mass of information.Manifestly the system demonstrated the advantages of fieldbus control technology in the data gathering and monitoring of large scale distributed system, and totally realized information management of textile enterprises,and improved the efficiency of production and management over 15% at least.
