基于FPGA的激光引信探测技术

【摘要】 激光引信是随着激光技术的发展而出现的一种近炸引信,已被应用于导弹及一些常规弹药中。本文提出一种基于FPGA的激光引信的实现方法,对激光发射电路和接收电路进行了设计,得到了重复频率为10kHz,脉冲宽度50ns的激光发射信号,同时验证了接收电路的可行性,对激光引信的研制具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 With the development of semiconductor laser technology,laser proximity fuzes have been widely used in various kinds of guided missiles and routine ammunitions.Combined with the current situation,the laser fuzes system based on the FPGA has been given in this paper.The emitting circuit and the receiving circuit have been developed.The emitted laser signal with repetition frequency of 10kHz and pulse width of 50ns was produced.The feasibility of the receiving circuit was proven.The work presented in this paper may be useful to guide the development of laser fuze.
